Can is a dedicated researcher pursuing a PhD in computer engineering with a background in theoretical physics. He studied Applied Physics at Hacettepe University and earned a master’s degree in Physics from Bogazici University. His research focuses on the intersection of physics and artificial intelligence, notably improving ultrafast laser machining and wide-field interferometric microscopy using deep learning and transformer architectures.

Fahrettin Ay is a PhD candidate in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University, specializing in machine learning and statistical data analysis. His research interests are centered on explainable AI and scientific machine learning across diverse fields. Fahrettin holds a master’s degree from Istanbul Technical University and has participated in several research projects, which cover areas from astrophysics to agricultural technology.

Vasfi Tataroglu

Vasfi has always dreamed of working with computing machines. As the co-founder and general manager of Alternet, he has led teams in developing innovative software solutions. His expertise includes AI, big data, and software development. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD at Ege University, focusing on blockchain, finance, and AI, while also serving as a research assistant at Pamukkale University and a visiting researcher at Indiana University.

Madhavan Kalkunte Ramachandra

Madhavan holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington (Fall 2022). Currently, he is a Senior Software Engineer at ServiceNow, specializing in Data Privacy specifically on discovering and anonymizing sensitive information. He previously worked at JP Morgan Chase as a platform developer in private cloud solutions and at Walmart Labs as a performance engineer focused on load testing and performance tools development.

Harun Tuncay
